I got the same email reply plus this one from the UK.................................

Dear Christine

Thank you for your email. We have been in touch with the Irish Blue Cross today having received a couple of emails from the general public regarding their statement on restricted breeds.

The Irish Blue Cross have advised us that a revised statement will be put on their website shortly and that their primary concern is the health, well-being and need for responsible pet ownership of all pet animals.

I hope this is helpful information.
