Lemon my arse lol. Nope, grey isn't the only colour Rach. I'll have a faff around over the weekend and mess around with colours. That was just the template I used as a starting point but we're not stuck with grey.

Good work with the homepage. Just one thing, the figure of 16,000 for the number of dogs put to sleep each year is a low estimate as it cannot include the 14,000 greyhounds disposed of every year in Ireland. Unfortunately Greyhounds are still not treated as dogs by some in Ireland.

I like the homepage. Why don't you ad a 'people who support us' section. Or something to that effect. Basically you set up a page where pet shops, vets, anyone with links to dogs or the pet world/trade can advertise there service and maybe donate to you for the use of the advertising space, just an idea but it would bring in a little extra cash. I suppose they could 'rent' the space monthly or quartly for a nominal fee??????????? But not that dreadful scroll accross the top of the page like some sites, that would ruin the site but just a seperate page. Also, why not try fundraisers section. I think there are enough members to do a pup quiz nite every now and then (20euro a table of four) I would pay it, and no it is not an excuse to go drinking , a bake sale, car boot, you get the idea. Are these good or bad ideas as I am just putting it down as it comes to me or have I gone over the top. Oh Rach I think pink would be nice

Thanks Taz for your suggestions, I think these are all brilliant ideas and I especially like the fundraising section on the website. Hopefully we will able to organise more fundraising events soon :)
