Ruby - Tibetian Terrier looking for a home

Could anyone offer home/foster space to a 3 year old Tibetian Terrier female . She is neutered. Black with small bits of white in colour.

She is a great dog, really friendly with adults and kids

Her only problem is that she doesnt get on with other dogs.

A friend of mine knows the guy who is trying to rehome the dog and asked would I help him find a home for the dog so I told the guy id put an ad up here for him.

He has an ad on Gumtree as well to see if anyone on there can home her.

Thanks, he was giving Martina's number as well as he adopted a dog off Danielle in Dunboyne pound so he was talking to her. The situtation with this terrier is she was rescued by them from a home in january as she was left outside in a yard and was underweight, she is doing well now. But she gets on great with the dashhound they have but if he brings her out to the park she is snapping and growling at other dogs.

Would he not be willing to keep her and get some behaviour modification underway for this reactivity?

Ruby is a beautiful 3 year old Tibetan Terrier that we saved from a home last January. We have other dogs of our own but couldn’t resist helping her out. She spent three years living outside, so we have spent a lot of time getting her sorted, she is now a housedog, neutered, vaccinated, groomed etc and is the most adorable pet. We have her 98% house trained. She is fantastic with Adults and Children, but does not like other dogs; she needs some training in this area. If we find the right person for Ruby, it must be a home that will love her as much as we have and will mind her and continue to work with her. If we had no other dogs and the time we would not be re-homing her. We have attached some pictures.

The Owner has told me that the DSPCA are taking this girl on Tuesday.

But if anyone could offer her a foster space until she finds a forever home it would be much appreciated. Must be a home with no other dogs as she needs training.

Funny that the DSPCA suddenly have space for this girl when they had no space for 2 staffies that were adopted from them and the owner was told they would be PTS if she returned them
