well done Lily, I really like the idea of the Council providing training classes instead of coming up with ideas to further discriminate the breeds. It's also good that this topic is kept alive in the media and that at least they asked for the opinion of someone who is not against these breeds

thanks its just a sham these dogs are falling the victim of there owners and its even worse that people don't realize this
