Needs out: ASAP

Poor Priscilla is not in great conditions and is very matted. She also seems a bit depressed, she wouldn't accept a treat from my hand so I left it on the floor and slowly she went and ate it. She needs help straight away as she is a surrender. If you can help please post, pm or call Martina on 086 2228902.
