2 weeks foster home needed for small dog *reclaimed*

Martina from A Dogs Life needs help with someone fostering a little dog for just two weeks.

This is Sky, she is quite a mix, looks like some JRT, corgi and even some Pom in there! She is really friendly and sweet. Sky is very small and needs a foster home for two weeks. Please can anyone help?
