get well soon little one xx atleast your somewere warm and dry tonight ' hopefully someone is being kind to you ' ....... i heard one of the men who rescued him named him Flash ' cause of the flash floods ' nice name ' i think he looks like Cleo I love you

Poor thing. Does anyone know how he ended up in the Liffey? Was he dumped or just a victim of the flash floods?
