This boy is small and manageable. He was a bit vocal but should settle and make a friendly pet with the right family. He has a black collar on. Apologies for the photo, it was dinner and near closing time. It said surrender on his door, but stray in the book so I'm thinking he's a stray. Another gorgeous baby here!!! Hershey is just a big bundle of kisses and can't stay still for more than a second. He was so happy to receive some attention from me and the pound staff and he just wanted to play with the other dogs.
