It is hoped that by uniting together we can best achieve our goals and ultimately change things for the better for animals in all of Ireland. Representatives of Friends of Ben Dog Rescue attended the ANVIL meeting in Portlaoise on 27th April 2008.
The meeting was a great opportunity for us to personally meet with other Irish rescues involved with animal welfare and to show how united we are towards the same objective of a better legislation.

Friends of Ben Dog Rescue is now one of the large number of animal welfare organisations and individuals represented by ANVIL Ireland.

A big thank you to Miriam from ANVIL for organising the meeting and inviting Friends of Ben to partecipate.
