*OUT&SAFE*Dunboyne Surrender: Tiger, small Staffie boy
Dog name: Tiger
Sex: Male
Kennel number: 8
Located: Dunboyne Pound
If in pound is stray/surrender? Surrender
Picked up: NA
In:23/10/09
Needs out: NOW
Tiger is quite small and is sweet and easy to handle. He was reluctant to come out of the kennel, only being in there since yesterday so is still only getting used to his surroundings. Hopefully he won't have to stay there for long though, he will surely come out of his shell in a more settled setting. He is a gorgrous boy and seems to be nice and quiet. If you can help please post, pm or call Martina on 086 3871498

Yes its another Staffie and this one a surrender - I haven't met this guy yet, but he seems to be a nice calm fella who is totally lost in the pound. A Dog's Life is stoney broke and just can't keep this up especially with the number of restricted breeds coming in who are so difficult to move on and so are with us for so long, costing us a small fortune. If we are not doing this I don't even want to think of the alternative for these dogs...
Please please please if you can help in anyway it would be really appreciated

Thanks so much Rachel, anyone wanting to organise something or help in any way - its really appreciated.
I don't think I could face going to the pound every week knowing that we can't help as many as possible - its hard enough as it is without having to cherry pick certain dogs and leave others that are perfectly rehomeable but just happen to be unlucky enough to be a certain breed

We need to raise E150 to get poor little Tiger out, checked over and into boarding so that he gets on the road to finding a better home.
This will hopefully begin tomorrow but we really need help - any and all help very much appreciated

Re: *OUT&SAFE*Dunboyne Surrender: Tiger, small Staffie boy
Sweet little Tiger is out and safe. He is apparently a very sweet, calm little fella that is still really wriggly and happy when greeting everyone with a big Staffie smile
He was taken to our vets yesterday as he has a tail injury. Unfortunatley this has become very infected and painful so Tiger will have the last little bit of his tail removed under anasthetic so as to help him get over this.
Again the op will cost another E150 (on top of his boarding, care etc. costs) so again any help appreciated

Tiger is in foster with other dogs and is doing just brilliantly. Next he needs a loving home. He is such a tiny little fella he would fit in anywhere - anybody got room for this little guy?
Re: *OUT&SAFE*Dunboyne Surrender: Tiger, small Staffie boy
Tiger has just moved to his new home at the weekend. Still very much in the trial period but he is doing well so far. Hopefully he continues to settle well and lives a long and happy life with his new family.
