back from the vets ' they said she is slightly further than yesterday ' if she doesnt go by tnite i,l have to make a discission wether to let them take them out for the pups sake .... its a straight forward section and she should be allowed home after it and all the pups wil be feeding ' so i just have to pray that she has them naturaly in the next few hours if not i think for the pups sake i,l let her get a section  i,m geten a bith worried now dont know if i,m doin right or wrong

aww god Rach tough decision but think of how uncomfortable she must be if it is a very slow labour she could be so exhausted that when it comes to pushing them out she might find it hard and would also be bad for all of them.I think your doin right thing, see how she goes today and if she is still no further along maybe a sectin would be best or all of them.Keep us posted

Will ask that but i think its because she is actualy in labour but the pups wont progress downwards ' so they,l be safer just goin in and getting them ' and i think the pups are big ... i suppose time wil tell xx thanx xx

They give the injection when they are in labour and they're slow - it speeds it up.

Hopefully it'll happen tonight and be done and dusted relatively quickly and pain free for Angel.

Just hope that my dream doesn't come true and one of the pups really is crossed with a goat welcometomadhouse

Was talking to Rachel, this poor girl has had a very hard time. Rachel brought her up to the vets this morning for a ceaserean and she had 12 pups but 9 of them were still born Sad . All the vets tried to bring them back but to no awail...
Then after Rachel came home with Angel and three pups Angel bit one of them and took a big lump out of the side. Rachel back up to the vet and they had to put the pup to sleep.
Now the mammy is bleeding from the wound so I'm going up to bring her back to the vets.
Please say a prayer that Angel and the two remaining pups make it!!!

Well - I must say they let her out a bit quick didn't they??
Hopefully when they open her up again they'll be able to stop the bleeding. Blimey - 12 pups!!!! No wonder she was huge!! Hope the 2 little ones will be ok crossedfingers - looks like Rachels going to be busy again. What's a few more sleepless nights!!

And here's a picture of the two little fighters - Davey and Leo, named after our very own Leodavey who was there in the vets this morning doing his best to try to give these littles ones a fighting chance at life.

Davey is the one with the black patch over his eye. Leo is the white one (takes after his mammy!)
