Brindle Terrier x *rehomed*
Meet Oscar. He's 7 and a half months old and fully vaccinated. His elderly owner was pushed into taking him on from a pup and is unable to manage him so is looking for him to be rehomed urgently.
He will be neutered and microchipped in foster care.
If you can offer Oscar a home, rescue space or foster home please post here or PM me.
Karen.

Not neutered yet - will be done once we have an offer of foster.
He hasn't lived with kids so don't know how he is with them.

Let me know if you don't get sorted with him. I fostered one for Ann (Dundalk) over Christmas who is leaving this weekend.

Oscar is going into the vets to be neutered and microchipped tomorrow and then on to Clarec who has a home lined up for him
Re: Brindle Terrier x *rehomed*
Collecting this little dude in the morning. He was neutered late this afternoon so vet decided it was a good idea to let him sleep off the anaesthetic down there rather than getting him stressed out with my 2 lunatics!
He should then be going to Clare on Friday (may need help with transport to Kildare, will update later).

Collected this little guy this morning. He's a very friendly little guy. Gets on fine with my 2. Will take some photos later.
He's a typical bouncy 7 month old, and can pull a bit on the lead but as he's so small it's manageable. Nothing that a little training wouldn't sort.
Will post a full update on him later on.

This dog is the funniest dog ever. He loves his squeaky toys (see attached video lol). He gets on great with Millie and Sandy and there's been no accidents in the house so far. Trying to get him used to the crate and it seems to be working (it's amazing what a kong with peanut butter will do!)
He would do great in a family with children who would tire him out by playing with him all day or with people who would have lots of time to play with him and exercise him.

Decided to let Oscar off lead on the big green beside my house today to see what happened. I was fairly confident he'd come back to me as he hadn't been fed and I had chicken :D Turns out I didn't need it though. His recall is actually quite good, not perfect but definitely getting there. Himself and Sandy had a whale of a time chasing eachother around the green - they're both knackered now. Millie stood by and watched with a look on her face that said something like "Huh - such children"
Here's a short video of Oscar and Sandy running amok!

Oscar
Well Oscar has had a very busy 24 hours, between traveling up to the North, spending all evening playing with kids then all mornning running around a farm and more playing with kids you'll be pleased to know he's now pretty worn out but I am expecting another bout of excitment soon but he's too busy chewing his way through a rawhide chew at the minute!
Not sure where I am going to rehome him as he seems to adore playing with kids and the home I was thinking has a country home with lots of space but no kids.
Have loads of photo's will put another post up soon.
