Kylie - 6-7 month old terrier pup *rehomed*
Can anyone foster a 3 month old terrier pup over Christmas until we can work on finding her a home?
Her name is Kylie and she was given to the owner by his girlfriend for his birthday as a surprise a couple of weeks ago but he lives in an apartment and is not allowed to keep pets. The management company have written to him and told him she needs to be gone NOW. He looked into putting her in kennels until he could find somewhere for her but it's not really an option for a pup so young.
Please post here, PM me or email friendsofbendogrescueATgmail.com
Dog is currently in the Dublin area and with the weather being so bad ideally a fosterer in the greater Dublin area for transport purposes.

She's arrived safely at Ana's and is finding her feet. Apparently she's full of puppy energy and is very funny
Re: Kylie - 6-7 month old terrier pup *rehomed*
HI all,
She is great!!
Very funny, full of energy, she is a very clever girl, getting better with her toilet training, and she is a big character , my boyfriend went to the park with her and Pivo and a grumpy old dog did growl to her.. and she replied, and she only 3 months old…

Kylie is still waiting for her forever home, I just can't believe that she hasn't been snapped up already.
If anyone is interested in offering her a home then please post here, PM me or email friendsofbendogrescue@gmail.com for an adoption application form.

Homecheck passed for this gorgeous girl. The family will be going to meet her this week and if they all hit it off then she'll be going to a fantastic forever home :)

Kylie is still looking for her forever home, the family she was booked to changed their mind about taking on a puppy.
Please spread the word, she really needs to get into her forever home now.

Kylie is going on a trial visit to her potential new forever home this evening :)
It turns out this girl is older than we thought - her baby teeth started to fall out last month so she's around 6-7 months old. She's going in to be spayed tomorrow and if everything works out she'll be heading off to her forever home at the weekend (with the most gorgeous 14 week old staffy boyfriend )

Puppies start losing their teeth at around 3 1/2 - 4 months old. The long canine teeth should be through at around 5 months...........

Thanks Bozley. I'm useless at all that stuff so I'll just get the vet to check tomorrow!
*edit* Just checked - she has her long canine teeth!

Re: Kylie - 6-7 month old terrier pup *rehomed*
Kylie is here for B&B tonight. The resident pup and herself didn't hit it off so she's gonna stay here for tonight before going to the vet in the morning. Millie adores her (how funny is that?) and Sandy is besotted but I've had to limit his playtime with her because of his dodgy leg. We all went out for a nice long walk earlier and she loved having a sniff of everything. Then when we got home it was play time - herself and Millie played like mad for ages, it was so cute. After all that playtime it was time for a rest.
She's after getting so grown up! She's bigger than a JRT, she's a bit of a Heinz57 really!
Took some lovely photos on the camera earlier so will upload them later when I find the wire!

Well it's a very happy ending for Kylie. After 2 homes falling through for this girl (and we really couldn't get our heads around it because she's so fantastic!), her fosterers decided they couldn't bear to part with her and have adopted her :)
Welcome to the failed fosterer club Ana!
Wishing you and Kylie a long and happy life together.
