Bump - Can't believe there's been no interest in this guy - he's such a gem of a dog. Unfortunately his fosterer can only hold him until Thursday. He can come and stay with me if needs be, however if there is a first time fosterer out there thinking about fostering for the first time, then this would be the ideal guy for you! If you are interested in fostering him, then please post here or pm me.
Re: 3 year old Male Terrier/Pom X *rehomed*
I will foster him if u like. Even long term.
Sorry am over ran at moment with kittens and puppies so no longer can offer foster.

Re: 3 year old Male Terrier/Pom X *rehomed*
This guy is now in foster care with me and boy oh boy is he an absolute sweetheart!! Millie (and I!) are officially in love as are all my housemates. He's just stunning and has the softest coat imaginable. He's incredibly placid and a real gem of a dog. He's curled up here on the floor at my feet now - himself and Millie had a busy day. We all had a lovely evening out the back garden (following his short little escape but that's another story) and they had great fun playing with eachother and digging up treats while I shovelled sh**e and picked weeds :D:D Oh the joys!!!
Here's some pics of him. I can't believe he hasn't been snapped up already (but I'm kind of glad he hasn't been because he's a dream foster dog) - he's the best dog ever!!!!

Great photos !! So happy to see him having fun with Millie, I know Viv was a bit worried about him today.

Re: 3 year old Male Terrier/Pom X *rehomed*
Usually Millie has a sniff of a new dog and then pretty much leaves them to their own devices but she hasn't left him alone all day lol. Just as well he's so placid. She just wants to be around him the whole time (apart from now - she is snoring away in her bed - wrecked from all the exercise today). Usually when I have a new foster dog I'm wary about leaving them alone together for the first couple of days but with these two it's like they've known eachother all their lives. I guess Millie's just happy to have a dog in the house that isn't trying to kill her or running away from her

Re: 3 year old Male Terrier/Pom X *rehomed*
I don't know if I'm going to be able to let this one go to be honest - he's such a gem. I've already decided that I'm not going to rehome him until he can be neutered which is another 6 weeks time. That will give his leg time to recover properly as well. Then we'll see from there

Re: 3 year old Male Terrier/Pom X *rehomed*
This little munchkin got neutered today (the cocking of the leg was getting ridiculous and the vet felt that he was up to it, and it was an excuse to x-ray his pelvis to see how he's getting on).
He's feeling a little sorry for himself. X-Ray showed the extent of his injuries, a couple of seriously major fractures, but thankfully the joint is in place which would explain why he's able to get around so well. The bone is starting to heal though so that's good news.
Even better news for him is that I've decided I can't possibly part with him so he's staying put here.
Not so good from a fostering point of view, but he's really good company for Millie and I just couldn't bear to part with him.
Karen.

Congratulations Karen and Millie for the new addition to the family!!!
Don't worry about being a failed fosterer... it's a quite common disease
