Stella - The most urgent of urgent dogs *rehomed*

If we can't help this gorgeous girl in the next couple of days she will be surrendered to Ashton, where she will most probably be put to sleep due to her breed.

As you can see she's very dog friendly, and has the funniest pricked ears. All our foster homes are jam packed, and we have had a run on sick puppies that have drained our funds, and because the puppies got sick in foster care, and are contagious, we're especially tight on space as we can't ask those foster homes to take in any other dogs until the incubation period has passed. We literally have nowhere for this lovely girl to go. Is there anyone that can help?

I can see that she is good with other dogs but do we know how she is with children?

The man said she was one of the gentleist dogs he ever met , and she was great with his dogs and his nieces and nephews why Nina are those beautiful eyes and ears temping you xx

just wanted to say fair play for even offering to help this beautiful girl hearts are going to be broking especially this time of year because everybody is just so full fingers crossed things work out for her

was thinking that myself but i would much rather have this dog for a few weeks than seeing her pts and thats the same sentiment of the OH so fingers crossed things work out

i wont be around this weekend but the other half will be,tilly seems to be very good with other dogs she is very timid at the start but all she wants to do is play,she was introduced to the brothers boxer last week and they were happy out together playing away,i have a small run set up for tilly out the back but i could set up another run for another dog wouldnt take long,i would be keeping the dogs in the house as i am off for a while

Oh wow oh wow oh wow!!! I picked this absolutely amazing dog today to get her vax'd and microchipped and leave her in to be spayed. She is seriously fantastic. She's housetrained, great in the car, unbelievably good with other dogs, great with kids, and just wants to rest her head in your lap for a few cuddles.

She's going into foster with glic83 on Thursday until she can travel to Sweden. I'm seriously in love with this one.

She's a little on the thin side but I'm hoping a week or so of foster care will improve this.

I am so, so, so, so, so glad that we managed to save this girl. She's one in a million.

dont worry we will have have her fattened up in a few days ha ha cant wait to get her down here

Colin has kindly made the long journey from Cork to Naas and has just picked her up so hopefully she'll settle in well to her new foster home.

ok im absolutly wrecked but so are the other 2 stella is finding her feet around the house tilly is following her everywhere she goes they smelled each other for a good 1/2 hour when introduced but all in a good way,stella has been excellent here is a few pics





cant wait to go to bed and id say they other 2 are wrecked as well

OK I'm obviously suffering from sleep deprivation because that last picture has actually brought a tear to my eye.

I'm sure Colin will agree with me, that until you've met Stella, you have no idea what an amazing dog she is. She's just absolutely fabulous. It's stories like this one that make rescue worthwhile. Only for the kind hearts of a few people, the outcome of this story could have been very very different.
